We are now able to offer monthly or a twice yearly inspection for owners outside of our area(Burgas), please email us with your property details, location etc & we will be happy to quote you .
Key Holding and Maintenance Services include:
* Annual Key Holding, to make keys available for guests or tradesmen.
* Loss of keys, supply replacement keys and to retain access to the property.
* Cleaning the apartment at the beginning of the season.
* Weekly winter property inspections.
* Check all contents against inventory after each rental.
* Regular airing of all rooms and ensuring all equipment is functional
* Check for Pests and Vermin.
* Emergency repairs and Winter preparations (drain all water systems, Boilers, taps, toilets) and restoration services at the beginning of the season.
* Standard or premium packages available.
* Premium package includes cleaning after every rental or guests & all year round service,our prices cannot be beaten , price upon request.
* Photos taken both internaly & externaly & forwarded to the client.
*Emergency contact number for you & your guests.
